In the Middle Ages, arms were often displayed on fork-tailed pennons attached to lances. If the forked ends were cut away, the resulting flag was similar in shape to a small banner. It was a means of recognizing particularly valorous conduct, and a knight thus distinguished was known as a knight banneret.

Heraldic symbols form an outstanding customized work of art, representing your family’s values, hopes and ambitions over the centuries. Celebrate an ancient tradition that will be treasured by your family for generations to come.

Beautifully and individually hand-stitched, our coat of arms banners and military insignias are created using gold bullion thread and French silk on velvet. Our expert artists use a complete palette of threads to match the coloring of your family coat of arms.

We pride ourselves on authenticity down to the last element. Our experts painstakingly execute every detail by hand to give you a truly one of a kind gift for that someone special.

This hand embroidered family heirloom is produced by specially trained artists, expert in depicting the emblems of heraldry as they were first employed centuries ago.

The Legacy on Display comes complete with your military service insignia and coat of arms, with placement for your graduation picture – a stunning display!

You have courageously chosen to serve your country and we deeply appreciate your service. The Legacy on Display is the perfect way to commemorate your brave US Navy service and family heritage.
